The Northwestern High School Choir and associated Friends of the Northwestern Choral Society, appreciate the support of our contributors from community members, corporate donors, and private donors, both near and far. The FNCS is a federally recognized non-profit organization, which is funded entirely through our generous donors. We need your help to ensure that we can facilitate providing an enriching academic and learning experience for the student members of the Northwestern Choirs. We accept donations through (1) Official Checks, (2) Money Orders, (3) Cash, and (4) PayPal! PayPal is a globally recognized, web-based service that allows people to send/receive money, purchase products, and even donate to internationally known foundations across the globe, even if you don't have a registered PayPal account! FNCS has made it more convenient than ever to donate to our cause by using PayPal. Simply navigate to the "Donate" button, found to the right of this page, and click on the Donate button. Payment MethodsBy Check or Money Order: Please make checks and money orders payable to "Friends of NHS Choirs" or "Friends of the Northwestern Choral Society." Both are acceptable legal names of our non-profit corporation. We ask that you DO NOT make checks payable directly to the high school or the public schools system. The FNCS is not associated with either, and making checks payable to those institutions will create a host of problems and red tape. Mail all checks to: P.O. Box 185, Riverdale, MD 20738. Cash: Can be given directly to any representative of the FNCS or Ms. Lowery. PayPal: Instructions have been provided for using PayPal, simply click the "Donate" button on the right side of the page. About Us
The Northwestern High School Choir is comprised of 90 student performers in Grades 9-12,
and consists of seven performance ensembles which include the Advanced
Ensemble, Concert Choir, Encore, Gospel Choir and Women's Choir. Our two
seasonal groups include the Handbell Choir and Show Choir. The Friends
of the Northwestern Choral Society (FNCS) is a U.S. registered
non-profit division of our vocal music program, and the organization
serves to provide financial and operational management to the choir. |
